Poor customer service I’m not happy with my nails. I notified the employees they did not help. I was told that they like it. Just a friendly reminder when a customer walks in their job is to pay you guys and your job is to give them what they pay for what they request for not what your employees like, they did not try to fix the issue or make me walk out happy all day cared about is getting paid . My nails are very sharp and wide she did not clean under the Fake now the glue is hanging out and so thick I guess next time I will have to read the reviews before going to any salon location doesn’t matter obviously you guys have a lot of Won stars and a lot of poor reviews. If you go check your yelp, I suggest you to your employees on making the client happy and giving clients what they request for not what they think is good .
